Travel 61 South through Frackville.  Take a left onto Russel Street in St. Clair. The Tiger's Den Exxon Gas Station will be on the left. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Second Street.   The Healthplex is approximately two blocks away on the right. The facility is a brick building with a blue “GOOD SAMARITAN HEALTHPLEX" sign.

From Route 61 North
