Pottsville is located in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, with excellent, four-season recreation.  Rural, yet within 2 - 3 hours drive to Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York City.  This family oriented region is renowned for its excellence in education, low crime and reasonable cost of living. 

SUMMARY

Under recently renewed contract with the VA, the Clinic provides preventive and follow-up care for veterans.  Support staff includes Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner and clerical/billing specialists.

Excellent pay and benefit package including 403(b) options, pension plan, health/dental/vision plan, life and disability insurance.  Employer paid malpractice insurance.  No overhead costs to physician. Relocation assistance is negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS 

Candidates must be Board Certified/Certified Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

HOURS 

Reasonable hours, M-F, with no weekend or call coverage requirements.
